1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (TOU) and Terms of Sale (TOS) govern access to and use of the Detectme.watch platform (“the Platform”) by all users, including players, parents, clubs, agents, recruiters, organizations, or partners.
The Platform provides:
Creation and management of player profiles
Video analysis and statistics
Storage and viewing of sports content (replays, photos, videos)
Video editing tools to create highlights
Communication and interactions between users, clubs, agents, and recruiters
Scouting and player discovery features
Services based on artificial intelligence models, internally and via external partners
Detectme.watch acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between users.
The company does not participate in or guarantee any agreements, negotiations, recruitment decisions, trials, or professional opportunities between users.
2. Acceptance of TOU/TOS
Use of the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TOU/TOS.
All users must check an acceptance box during registration.
Minor players must have parental or legal guardian consent, as specified in the “Minors” section.
Notification of changes:
Any changes to the TOU/TOS will be actively communicated to users via email and/or popup notification. Users must accept the updated terms to continue using the Platform.
3. Account Creation and Security
Users must provide truthful and accurate information.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Profiles become active only after acceptance of the TOU/TOS and storage of proof of consent including:
IP address
device information (user-agent)
date and time of validation
version of the Terms accepted
Detectme.watch cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties.
Minors under 13:
Accounts are automatically blocked if the entered date of birth indicates the user is under 13. Detectme.watch is not responsible if a user falsifies their date of birth.
4. Content Rights (Images, Videos, Replays)
Any user uploading content (photos, videos, replays, or other media) must ensure that:
they own all rights to the content
they have obtained consent from individuals appearing in the content
no third-party rights are infringed
Users indemnify Detectme.watch, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or costs related to copyright infringement, image rights violations, or other third-party rights violations.
Detectme.watch reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported as problematic.
Reported content will be reviewed and removed as quickly as reasonably possible.
The company obtains a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for Platform distribution, marketing, and promotion.
4.1 Organizations, Teams, Academies, and Clubs
Any organization, academy, club, or university (“Organization”) that uses the Platform to manage players, teams, staff, or matches agrees to the following terms.
Authorization for Players
Organizations must obtain consent from each player or, if the player is a minor, from their parent or legal guardian before creating accounts, uploading content, or including them in any analysis.
By creating accounts or uploading content for players, the Organization confirms that such consent has been obtained.
Content and Data Accuracy
Organizations guarantee that all data, photos, videos, replays, statistics, and profiles provided are accurate and lawful.
Organizations must not upload content involving opposing teams or players without proper authorization.
Video Analysis Credits
Organizations may purchase credits to submit videos for analysis.
Once a video is submitted for analysis, the process is irreversible and no refund will be issued, as processing involves operational costs.
Organizations must ensure that all submitted content is legally authorized.
Indemnification
Organizations agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detectme.watch from any claims or damages arising from:
content uploaded by the organization
accounts created without proper consent
copyright or image rights violations
unauthorized video analysis submissions
Content Removal
Detectme.watch reserves the right to remove or block any content uploaded by an Organization that violates these terms.
Responsibility for Minors
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that all minors have parental consent.
Detectme.watch is not liable for violations committed by Organizations involving minors.
5. Video Analysis and Payment
Video analysis services are paid via Stripe.
Once a video has been submitted for analysis, no refund will be issued.
Detectme.watch is not responsible for payment disputes handled by Stripe, including chargebacks.
Prices and conditions are clearly indicated before payment.
Users are explicitly informed of the no-refund policy prior to completing any payment.
6. Subscriptions and Access Levels
6.1 Subscription Types
Player accounts may include:
Standard
Premium
Pro
Each level provides different features.
Agents and recruiters may access player profiles depending on the subscription level.
Features are exclusive to each subscription level.
6.2 Pricing and Payment
Subscriptions are payable via Stripe.
No refunds are issued for services already provided.
6.3 Renewal and Termination
Subscriptions may automatically renew depending on the selected plan.
Users may cancel at any time but will not receive refunds for periods already used.
Detectme.watch may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
non-payment
fraud
misuse of the Platform
violation of these Terms
6.4 Subscription Modifications
Detectme.watch reserves the right to modify subscription features or pricing.
Users must accept modifications to continue using the Platform.
7. Use of AI and Software
7.1 AI Video Analysis
The Platform uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze sports videos.
Analyses may be performed internally or through external partners whose identities may remain confidential for trade secret protection.
Disclaimer:
AI analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, athletic, or career advice.
Detectme.watch does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on these analyses.
Before any AI analysis, users will receive a notice stating:
“These results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.”
7.2 Internal AI Systems
Detectme.watch may provide internal models for:
generation of reports
automated insights
chatbot assistance
personalized recommendations
7.3 Video Editing Tools
Users may create highlights from videos and add music or visual effects.
Users guarantee they hold rights to all added elements.
Detectme.watch is not responsible for copyright violations related to edited content.
7.4 Intellectual Property
All AI systems, software, algorithms, and editing tools are the exclusive intellectual property of Detectme.watch.
Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these tools without authorization.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Platform for:
harassment
fraud
spam
illegal activities
impersonation
uploading malicious software
any behavior that could harm other users or the Platform.
Detectme.watch reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.
9. No Recruitment Guarantee
Detectme.watch is a technology platform designed to facilitate visibility and connections.
The company does not guarantee:
recruitment opportunities
contracts
trials
scholarships
professional careers.
All recruitment decisions are made independently by clubs, agents, and recruiters.
10. Liability and Limitation
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Detectme.watch disclaims liability for:
service interruptions
data loss
errors or inaccuracies
indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where prohibited by law.
Detectme.watch is not responsible for disputes between users, clubs, agents, or organizations.
11. Minor Users (Under 18)
Minor users must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before registering.
By creating an account, a minor declares that such consent has been obtained.
Detectme.watch cannot verify parental consent and is not responsible if a minor falsifies their age.
Parents or guardians assume responsibility for the minor’s actions and agree to indemnify Detectme.watch against claims arising from the minor’s use of the Platform.
Accounts under 13 years old are automatically blocked.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Detectme.watch collects only necessary data including:
name
surname
date of birth
email address
phone number (for account verification, communication, or account security)
uploaded content
IP address
device information
usage data such as analytics
Data may be processed using tools such as Google Analytics.
For European users, rights include:
access to data
correction of data
deletion of data

Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
13. Explicit Consent and Proof
Users must accept these Terms during registration.
Proof of acceptance is stored including:
IP address
device information
date and time of validation
accepted version of the Terms.
No account becomes fully active without this validation.
14. Force Majeure
Detectme.watch shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including:
cyberattacks
infrastructure outages
natural disasters
governmental actions
failures of third-party service providers.
15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.
Arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida.
By agreeing to these Terms, users waive their right to bring claims before a court or participate in class action lawsuits.
All disputes must be brought individually.
If arbitration is deemed unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Miami, Florida.
16. Modifications
Detectme.watch may modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the Platform requires acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in Miami, Florida.
